Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. To avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
The tour fee includes round-trip transportation, a Mandarin-speaking instructor on the first day, and ski equipment and accessories (including ski poles, skis, ski boots, ski jackets, ski pants, and goggles) for the second and third days. Guests can also change their basic ski equipment to snowboarding free of charge, including skis, ski boots, ski jackets, ski pants, and goggles. Guests changing to snowboarding should note that this option does not include a snowboarding instructor and basic ski lessons, and it is not possible to switch back to skiing equipment after the change. Guests are responsible for the proper care of their ski equipment during the borrowing period; any damage or loss upon return will be subject to compensation according to the specific item.
The smallest size for children's ski equipment is 20cm, and the largest size for adult ski equipment is 30cm (based on foot length). Other sizes may not be available.
The price does not include lift pass fees, ski gloves and socks (please bring your own or purchase them at the ski shop; prices are similar to those at typical ski shops in Gangnam city).
Groups must have at least 16 members to form a group, with a maximum of 44 members per group. Pricing is as follows: children aged 3 to 11 are charged the child rate (without a bed); children under 2 are free (without a seat or bed). Free admission does not include entrance fees, water park tickets, breakfast, ski equipment, ski clothing, and goggles. Only one free admission is available per departing group.
The final opening time of the water park is subject to the resort's arrangements on the day, and guests are not entitled to compensation or refunds based on this.
There will be no discount on the tour fee if participants do not participate in skiing or water park activities.
If the water park is closed on the first day of the trip, the itinerary order will be changed as follows.
The itinerary, attractions, and activity times are subject to adjustment based on traffic conditions on the day. Breakfast time is arranged by the hotel according to guest volume and cannot be specified, which may affect activity times. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Hotel accommodation is arranged at Phoenix Hanwha Resort. If the rooms are fully booked, other resorts or hotels will be arranged instead, and guests may not object or withdraw on this basis.
Guest check-out time is 11:00 AM. The hotel reserves the right to make the final decision on room and floor assignments.
The hotel arranges double rooms on a two-person sharing basis, with a maximum of two adults and two children (without extra beds) per double room. Guests in odd-numbered groups who require a Single room must pay a Single room room supplement. The third or an odd-numbered group member must pay a Single room Single room surcharge; if they choose not to pay the surcharge, they agree to automatically forfeit half a room, meaning three people will share a double room. Single travelers must pay the Single room surcharge. The company will not arrange for all odd-numbered guests to share rooms with other group members, and these guests may not object or withdraw on this basis.
As South Korea is an environmentally conscious country, hotels do not provide toiletries, toothpaste, toothbrushes, or other disposable items. Please bring your own in advance.
The itinerary, attractions, and activity times may be adjusted depending on traffic conditions on the day. In case of heavy rain or snow, the itinerary will proceed as scheduled.
If the ski resort is temporarily closed, fully booked, or unable to proceed due to other factors on the day of your visit, you will be relocated to another ski resort, and you will not be entitled to compensation or a refund.
Outdoor sports and skiing activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities before considering participation in any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip. In the event of an accident or bodily injury due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, our staff and related personnel are only obligated to provide assistance to the best of their ability; our company and its members bear no liability for any damage or injury.
Skiing is a high-risk sport that may result in injury to yourself or third parties (including other users on the course and our staff). Please ensure that your travel insurance includes third-party liability coverage.
Each daily tour is accompanied by a fluent Mandarin-speaking guide. Any changes to the meeting time will be communicated via WhatsApp, Line, or WeChat.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes in advance on the day of departure. The tour bus will depart on time. Those who arrive late will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to catch up with the group, and the company will not be liable for any related responsibilities and costs.
Each customer who participates in the one-day tour will receive a complimentary bottle of premium Korean deep-sea water.
Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot choose on-site. We apologize that we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare accordingly, as we regret that we cannot accommodate every request. No refunds will be given to those who are late or absent.
