Reminders
The standard service window is 10 hours between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM. Operating outside of these hours will incur a night/early morning service fee (an additional charge starting from 5,000 JPY will apply depending on the actual end time).
The total mileage limit for chartered vehicle services is capped at 100 km for a 5-hour charter, or 300 km for a 10-hour charter. Any mileage exceeding these limits will incur an additional fee of 300 JPY per kilometer.
The charter duration is 5 hours or 10 hours (including standard travel and driving time). If the service exceeds these limits, an overtime fee of 6,000 JPY per hour will be charged.
For Airport Pickup + Charter packages, the charter time begins upon arrival at the first stop in the city. For Airport Drop-off + Charter packages, the charter time concludes (stops counting) upon departure from the last stop in the city.
If your departure or arrival location is outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area, an additional long-distance surcharge starting from 10,000 JPY will apply per trip, depending on the actual distance.
If you require a child safety seat, please specify when placing your order. The first child seat is provided free of charge, while the second seat is available for 2,000 JPY. (Please note that each child seat occupies approximately 1 to 1.5 standard passenger seats.)
The driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund if the number of passengers or pieces of luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum carrying capacity.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation.
