【Safety and Security Inspection Notice】
1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. Individuals with epilepsy, asthma, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, spinal or neck conditions, pregnancy, or any health condition where a doctor has advised against vigorous exercise, as well as those under the influence of alcohol or medication, or with heart disease, high blood pressure, or fear of heights, should carefully assess their personal health and exercise caution before participating in skiing activities.
2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when skiing, and it is not recommended for the elderly to participate in skiing.
3. We recommend purchasing sports accident insurance that covers skiing in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety instructions, venue rules, and equipment instructions, including the "Entrance Instructions," "Security Instructions," "Skier Instructions," and "Skier Rules of Conduct." Please pay attention to all warning and signage within the venue and comply with relevant regulations.
4. The venue has ski slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners are more likely to suffer sports injuries when skiing on the intermediate and advanced slopes. There are also ski jumps and terrain parks, which require advanced skiing skills. Please choose the slopes carefully based on your skiing level. When skiing, please stay within your skiing level and pay attention to skiing safety.
5. Please wear a ski helmet throughout the trip. It is recommended that you bring and wear your own safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, face protectors, wrist guards, elbow pads, back guards, knee pads, and hip guards to minimize the risk of injury.
6. Please choose ski equipment that suits your level. Before skiing, check that the rental equipment is in good condition, that the ski release pressure is correct for your height, weight, and shoe size, that the ski binding release torque is appropriate, and that the snowboard binding angle and spacing are appropriate. If any issues arise, promptly inform the staff and they will adjust or replace the equipment.
7. Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor before heading out on the slopes. Ski lessons are available on site and can be purchased upon request.
8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following actions: (1) Play beyond the scope of product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conduct skiing lessons without reporting or permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live broadcasts, personal peddling, obtain or purchase goods/services for the purpose of resale, or improper use for other purposes; (2) Violate laws, regulations or ski resort regulations by allowing others to use your product rights through transfer, resale or lending; (3) Engage in any dangerous, illegal or offensive behavior; (4) Engage in behavior that seriously affects the normal operation of the ski resort or seriously affects the personal and property safety of others; (5) Other improper behavior. If the above situation occurs, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without incurring any liability for breach of contract such as compensation: (1) put you on the tourist blacklist, including the ShenZhen Huafa Snow BONSKI blacklist (you will not be able to enter ShenZhen Huafa Snow BONSKI), Snow BONSKI brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter the Snow BONSKI and other cooperatively operated ski resorts in various places), and the industry alliance blacklist; (2) revoke, invalidate, or freeze your products and rights, and the relevant unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, postponed or refunded; (3) charge a penalty of 30% of the order amount. If the penalty is not sufficient to compensate for the loss, continue to pursue compensation.
9. Smoking (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke) is prohibited in the ski resort. To create a pleasant environment, please refrain from smoking in the ski resort. Otherwise, you will be blacklisted and banned from the resort for 15 days.
10. If any abnormality or malfunction occurs during the operation of the facilities and equipment at the ski resort, which requires shutdown for inspection, some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extension or refund will be given.
11. Due to reasons such as capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety or order, the ski resort's operating hours or the availability of attractions may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcement of the ski resort on the day of your visit.
12. Please cooperate with the security check before entering. Do not bring inflammable or explosive items, state-controlled equipment, or items that pose a safety hazard. Personal sales are prohibited within the ski resort, and please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, and drinking water (except infant food) may pose a safety risk and should be consumed before entering.
