- Peak Ticket: Monday to Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last admission at 9:00 PM), and from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekends and Thailand’s public holidays - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 or above
- Tickets allow for ONE single entry only as The Experience is a one-way journey, and guests will not be allowed to re-enter The Experience once guests exit The Experience

Asiatique The Riverfront is conveniently located on Charoenkrung Road along the Chao Phraya River. You can reach Asiatique by:
- BTS + Free Shuttle Boat: Take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin Station (Silom Line), Exit 2. From there, walk to the pier and take the free shuttle boat to Asiatique (operates daily from late afternoon until night). Boats are scheduled every 30 minutes; however, actual arrival times may vary depending on daily traffic conditions
- Taxi or Private Car: Simply search “Asiatique The Riverfront” on your GPS or ride-hailing app
- Public Bus: Several buses including routes 1, 15, 75, and 504 stop near Charoenkrung Road, close to Asiatique The Riverfront Destination

- Pets
- Food or beverages (except water for young children)
- Weapons, items resembling weapons, and anything that could be used as a weapon are strictly forbidden
- Drones
- Mobility Equipment: Motorized or wheeled mobility equipment like skate-scooters, in-line skates, rollerblades, bicycles, and Segways (unless used as an ADA mobility device) are not permitted
- Accessories: Items like sunglasses are not allowed to be used inside the Experience due to safety concerns - Health Warning: The Experience includes flashing lights, fog, loud noises, and realistic moving robotic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for guests with health conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when attending
- Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants are not permitted to enter The Experience
- Dinosaur Interaction: For safety reasons, please refrain from touching any dinosaurs unless explicitly instructed by staff. The animatronic dinosaurs are mechanical and may pose a hazard. There will be designated opportunities to interact with smaller dinosaurs under staff supervision
