1. It is a Foreigner-only product and is not available to Korean passport holders.
2. This ticket is valid only on weekdays and there is a three-hour limit to the use.
3. It is not available on weekends and public holidays in Korea.
4. For safety reasons, it is available for 12 years of age and older.
5. If you want to make a reservation for a group of more than 20 people, please contact the cafe before making a reservation.
6. When entering, you'll fill out the consent form. And external food is not allowed.
7. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when entering the cat lounge.
8. If the cat scratches or bites you, we will give you an emergency treatment. However, we cannot be responsible after the emergency treatment.
9. We cannot be responsible for any incidents where cats are dirtying or damaging your belongings.

11. The cat feeding time will be held twice a day, at 13:30 and 18:30. During the adaptation period, it may be interrupted depending on the on-site situation.

2. You can gently pet the sleeping cats, but you shouldn't try to wake them up to play.
3. Please don't disturb the cats when it's eating.
4. Please keep quiet when the cats are resting, and don't bother them.
5. No food or snacks should be given to cats without the permission of the staff.
6. Don't use flash when taking photos, and be careful not to stress the cats.
7. Cats are sensitive to sound. Please don't make loud noises.
8. Please don't chase the cats.
9. Please don't hug the cats and lift them.

How to Use
1. Check the mobile/email voucher after purchase.
2. Visit on your desired date within the expiration duration and present a voucher to the staff.
3. Please fill out the consent form according to the staff's guidance.
4. Please go up to the 2nd floor.
5. Open the locker, and change your shoes to slippers.
6. Please keep your shoes, outerwear, and luggage in the locker.
7. For the hygiene and safety of cats and you, make sure to change into indoor slippers, wash your hands, and then enter.
