- 09:50【Xinying Railway Culture Park + Victory Train Ride】The "Victory" train, manufactured by Hitachi, Ltd. in Japan in 1949, is currently the only still-operating national treasure-level blue-skinned train. It originally ran on the Budai Line and Xuejia Line, transporting sugarcane and also serving as a passenger train. After being out of service for many years, it resumed operation in February 2024. Its retro and adorable appearance is quite eye-catching, and the scenery along the Jixingxi River is like a scene from an anime, making it a popular five-minute ride on the sugarcane train, loved by travelers and railway enthusiasts alike.

- 12:30【Beimen Eco-Trolley Tour (Salt Washing Factory/Qian Lai Ye General Store/Visitor Center)】 The Beimen Salt Washing Factory was one of the four major salt washing factories established by the Taiwan Governor-General's Office during the Japanese occupation. It is also the only group of old buildings preserved after World War II, retaining the gable roof and wooden roof design, and displaying the salt washing equipment of the past. Now transformed into a tourist factory, it combines local agriculture and salt culture, with guided tours leading visitors to learn about the history of the salt industry and local stories. Along the way, you can enjoy views of Beimen Salt Lake, the beautiful Crystal Church, and the "Qian Lai Ye General Store," a filming location for idol dramas. Back at the salt factory, you can also sample salt brine tofu at your own expense, bringing a perfect end to your trip.

- 09:30【Alishan Forest Railway Xuyue Express Experience Ride (Departing from Beimen Station)】On the century-old forest railway, take the Xuyue Express eco-train and experience a different kind of forest railway journey.
- Carriage Description: The train offers two types of seats: private compartments and observation seats. The observation seats can be rotated to adjust the angle for optimal viewing angles. The Xuyue train uses a mobile audio guide, allowing passengers to listen to the guide's explanations at any time, instantly capturing fleeting views outside the train and minimizing external distractions. Onboard Service: The entire journey is provided by a professional guide, complimentary meals are provided, and onboard service staff are available.
- 10:47【Zhangnaoliao Station (Disembarkation Guide)】Zhangnaoliao Station is located at kilometer 23.3 of Chiayi, at an altitude of 543 meters. It is named after the abundant camphor trees and camphor oil it produced in the past, and was an important camphor exporting area in Taiwan during the Japanese occupation. The station is a turnaround design, requiring trains to reverse into the station. The track forms an X-shaped turnaround line and spirals upwards, representing a classic section of the Alishan Railway that circles Dulishan three times. The station offers expansive views, with distant vistas of Dulishan, Tanghushan, and other mountain ranges.
- 11:51【Liyuanliao Station (Disembarkation Guide)】Liyuanliao Station is located 31.4 kilometers from the starting point in Chiayi, at an altitude of 904 meters. The area may have been named after the pear trees that were once grown there. Today, bamboo is the main local specialty, and bamboo shoots and local bamboo shoots are often processed into dried bamboo shoots and exported to Japan. After 1985, Liyuanliao Station became an unattended stop.

The trail is approximately 1150 meters long, and a round trip takes about 50-60 minutes. The path originated from a road cleared by early residents traveling between Xiding Mountain and Eryanping Mountain. The trail offers expansive views, including distant mountain scenery, sea of clouds, and sunset views, making it a popular spot for photography.

- Once booked, dates, number of people, ticket type, room type, etc. cannot be changed. Please confirm the number of people and ticket specifications are correct before booking. Thank you for your understanding.
- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- Due to differences in regions and supplier systems, if you have any special requirements, please make them when the order is placed. We will then submit your requirements to the supplier. However, whether or not the requirements are met depends on the supplier's tour schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- The definition of a child varies depending on the itinerary, and any additional charges on-site are subject to the regulations of the service provider.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.
Reminders
Your High-Speed Rail Booking Code and Ticket Collection Code will be provided on your booking voucher 7 days before departure. Passengers using high-speed rail e-tickets or convenience store tickets should collect their tickets within the designated timeframe. For physical paper tickets, tickets will be mailed to your designated address 7 days before departure. Before ordering this product, please carefully read the ordering terms and conditions. If the ordering person is not the passenger, they will act as an agent and are obligated to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary. The ordering terms and conditions will be binding upon the passenger upon clicking "Agree." Any subsequent defense by the passenger claiming ignorance or unawareness will not be accepted.
Special packages are for trips with more than 20 people. If the group is short of participants, High Speed Rail reserves the right to cancel the trip.
The tour leader may adjust the itinerary order based on factors such as the number of people on that day, festival activities, or weather conditions.
Those who purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for Senior Citizens Ticket" must bring valid ID when entering and exiting the station on the day of departure for inspection by high-speed rail station staff. If you do not bring your ID or find any discrepancies during inspection, the high-speed rail has the right to refuse you boarding and you will need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.
For Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao, the above three stations are not applicable if any two stations are the departure and arrival stations (for example, a trip with Taipei Station as the arrival station is not applicable for departures from Nangang and Banqiao).
The price includes one round-trip reserved seat in a standard carriage on the high-speed rail. The travel date must coincide with your hotel check-in or departure date. A single order is limited to entry and exit at the same departure and destination stations, and travel on the same train.
This special high-speed rail ticket offers a discounted fare and is valid only on the same day of travel. It is not registered with your name and will not be reissued if lost. Please keep it in a safe place. Any altered, defaced, or photocopied ticket will be invalid.
For itineraries that include accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's regulations. For itineraries that include accommodation, the advertised room type is limited and the actual room type available is subject to availability. Room types cannot be exchanged for other types.
For pre-orders departing after the 29th, please fill in 2-3 high-speed rail trains for each return trip in the "Order Notes" field. The actual train number obtained will be determined by the customer service staff's response.

- Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and sent out after the reservation period opens.
- Each passenger in the same order is limited to boarding/alighting at the same station; they cannot board/alight at different stations.
- High Speed Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement.
- The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted tickets and are only valid for designated trains on the same day.

- Important Notes Regarding High-Speed Rail Cancellation During Holidays -
- According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds may be made for any single leg of the journey.
- All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday; ticket windows at all high-speed rail stations cannot process refunds or exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time, and need to cancel or exchange tickets, they must all apply for a refund or exchange together. Individual refunds or exchanges cannot be processed separately, and all refund, exchange, and change fees will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative processing time, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Applications submitted after this time will be considered as applications submitted one day later.
- If a guaranteed departure date for the tour has been confirmed, cancellations will be handled in accordance with standard domestic travel contracts, as explained below:
1. For cancellations made more than 41 days prior to the start of the tour, a 5% fee will be charged on the tour price.
2. For cancellations made between 31 and 40 days prior to the start of the tour, a 10% fee will be charged.
3. For cancellations made between 21 and 30 days prior to the start of the tour, a 20% fee will be charged.
4. For cancellations made between 2 and 20 days prior to the start of the tour, a 30% fee will be charged.
5. For cancellations made one day before the start of the tour, 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
6. For cancellations made on or after the start of the tour, or for those who do not participate without prior notice, 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
