Children 100–140cm tall must wear a safety harness. If a child refuses to wear the gear, boarding will be denied.
Children wearing a harness must wear pants. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Boarding is not allowed without a legal guardian.

▶ Weather-Based Operational Decisions
Tour operation will be determined three 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, based on the latest weather forecast and on-site conditions.
▶ Conditions Under Which the Tour Will Be Cancelled
The tour will be cancelled if any of the following conditions are met:
Temperature falls below 0°C
Precipitation reaches 3 mm or higher
Snow accumulation exceeds 1 cm

Refundable Cases
Tour canceled due to 3mm+ rainfall at departure time.
Tour interrupted by emergency-level downpour.
Non-Refundable Cases
Forecasts alone do not guarantee refunds or cancellations.
No refunds if the guest cancels by personal decision.
No refund if you refuse to board despite normal operation.
Please note: If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you in advance to arrange alternatives such as rescheduling. Kindly check your email for updates. Detailed tour information will also be sent via email, so please be sure to review it.

Even if you arrive on time, boarding may be restricted without prior safety preparation. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
No Alcohol | Alcohol consumption before or during the tour is prohibited and non-refundable.
Tours are prepared regardless of the forecast during the summer season. Final decisions are based on actual rainfall at departure time.
Cancellations or refunds cannot be made based on the weather forecast alone.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation in advance, you may cancel directly through the platform up to 8 days before the tour for a full refund in accordance with the refund policy. After that period, cancellation fees will apply based on the policy. (Even if you cancel, a full refund cannot be provided once the refund window has passed.)
▶ In case of rain during the tour | f it begins to rain during the tour, the tram may temporarily take shelter nearby. The tour will either continue or return early based on the group’s consensus. (Rain ponchos will be provided. No refunds will be issued for early return due to regular rain.)
▶ If heavy rain reaches emergency alert levels, the tour will end immediately and return to base, regardless of guest preference. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
