★After registration, staff will provide you with bus tickets and cable car vouchers related to your trip. Please check the contents before departure and keep them safe. If you have any questions, please contact our company.
★Depending on the number of participants, buses from other tour operators providing ski services may be used. If this happens, the departure and return parking locations and times will be adjusted, and you will be notified by email one week to two days before departure. Please be aware of this.
• When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
• For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus.
• After the bus arrives at Yakushi no Yu in Ōmachi Onsen, please check your valuables before getting off the bus and rest there for a while while waiting for the shuttle bus to Yagaku Ski Resort.
• If you need to rent ski equipment, you can do so at the rental shops within the ski resort. (Reservations are not accepted)
• Ski equipment cannot be exchanged once rented, and you will need to pay to rent it again after returning it. Please be aware of this.
• Afterwards, you can head to Hakuba-Yagatake Ski Resort to enjoy skiing. At the ski resort's chairlift ticket exchange counter, you can use the voucher to exchange for a chairlift ticket.
