- The Massless Amorphous Sculpture is currently undergoing enhancements and will remain temporarily unavailable until further notice. All other exhibits are fully operational and open to visitors.
Child policy:
- Children under 4 years are free of charge.
- Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and above. Each paying adult may accompany up to three children.
Good to know:
- Open-dated tickets are valid for entry between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays, and between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on weekends. Entry may be denied outside of these times.
- Pre-registration is required for Open Dated Tickets. To book the time slot please follow the instruction provided in the voucher.
- The attraction has designated Adults-Only Hours every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00-10:00 PM, for guests aged 18 years and above. During these hours, entry will not be permitted for families with children.

- Some installations feature water elements, dark areas, uneven surfaces, UV lighting, flashing lights, and fog effects.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
