Legoland® Shanghai Resort Tickets

Admission Information:

• Visitors must hold a valid ticket to enter Shanghai LEGOLAND® Theme Park (hereinafter referred to as the "Park") and present a valid government-issued ID to verify age and identity. Park tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who visited the park during their validity period. Any changes will render the ticket invalid. • Please refer to the ride waiting times and opening hours to plan your trip. Whether a guest can experience a certain attraction is also subject to the regulations of the specific ride/attraction guide, such as height restrictions and physical health restrictions.
• Visitors are not allowed to conduct any interview activities without our prior permission. Visitors are not allowed to take photos, record videos, or make audio or live broadcasts for commercial purposes in the park.
• It is prohibited to engage in any dangerous activities or behaviors that may affect the operation of the park and the function of the facilities or may interfere with the experience of other visitors, including but not limited to any behaviors expressly prohibited by laws and regulations.
• Please take good care of your personal belongings and be responsible for their safety.
• Please always pay attention to the safety of children. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 16 years of age or older.
• To speed up your entry, please complete the facial recognition registration through the park's official app before you arrive. The park will prioritize facial recognition technology for ticket verification. If you choose other verification methods, you will not be able to enjoy the fast pass service.
• According to relevant laws, regulations and safety regulations, all visitors and their carry-on luggage are subject to security checks before entering the park. Please actively cooperate with the security personnel and complete the inspection procedures. All items are subject to inspection and each visitor must pass through a metal detector.
• For safety reasons, some bags and items may not be allowed into the park. We will handle any unattended items appropriately.
• Please respect other guests, staff, cast members and LEGO minifigures in the park. Please also follow the instructions of park staff during your visit. Use polite language both online and offline, and avoid engaging in any dangerous, illegal, destructive or offensive behavior.
• When waiting in line, please be patient and respect others. All tourists should queue together and cannot queue for others or occupy seats.
• This park is designed for families with children aged 2-12, so smoking is strictly prohibited in the park (including tobacco, e-cigarettes and other products that produce smoke)
• Only boats operated by the park are allowed to sail in designated areas within the park. No other private boats are allowed to enter.
• Visitors can purchase park tickets or book hotels through the park's official direct channels (including the Shanghai Legoland official APP, WeChat mini-programs, Douyin official direct stores, and Fliggy official direct stores). To protect your rights, please purchase park products and services through Shanghai Legoland's official and authorized channels.
• Please note that any products and services purchased through unofficial or unauthorized channels cannot be guaranteed to be authentic and legal, and may be suspected of counterfeiting or fraud. Visitors must bear the risks and responsibilities arising therefrom. We maintain close cooperation with relevant government departments, regularly report relevant clues, and actively combat such illegal activities.
• To ensure that visitors enjoy a safe and comfortable park experience, you are not allowed to conduct the following activities in the park:
• Resell tickets, organize demonstrations, protests, petitions, or solicit customers.
• Sell, rent, exchange, distribute or display goods or services, including but not limited to any form of tour guide services, theme park products and other types of goods or services, without our written permission.
• Distribute or display any printed matter, recording, flag, banner or placard in any form without our written permission.
• Organize gatherings, theme events, religious activities, performances, speeches or performance art without our written permission.
• Engage in any illegal, dangerous, disruptive or offensive behavior, or behavior that may pose a threat to the safety of other visitors. This includes but is not limited to:
  - Running, jogging or climbing
  - Fighting, threatening others, or getting into a physical altercation
  - Use insulting or obscene words or indecent or threatening gestures
  - Multiple people walking side by side or occupying too many aisles, causing inconvenience to others
  - Cutting in line, pushing others, using uncivilized language or disrupting the queue order
  - Walking on the lawn or entering the green landscape areas within the park
  - Staying for a long time near store doors, sidewalks, entrances and exits, or elevators, obstructing the passage of others
  - Using noise-generating devices (such as radios, horns, whistles, megaphones, and other loud noise devices)
  - Entering park waters, swimming, fishing, picnicking, camping and cooking or barbecuing
• Throwing away garbage or other personal belongings without placing them in trash cans.
• Engage in activities that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights, property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, and other legal rights of others (including other visitors, the park, related parties, and staff).
• Any other conduct expressly prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations.

Visitor dress code:

• Do not wear inappropriate or revealing clothing. Do not wear clothing that contains insulting language, offensive religious symbols, cult symbols, or any indecent clothing. Also, avoid wearing long skirts or other clothing that may affect other visitors.
• Please do not wear clothing that is commercial or promotional in nature.
• Do not wear special effects makeup or masks, veils, or other items that cover all or a substantial portion of your face, except for face coverings/masks worn for medical or health reasons and as otherwise permitted by the park in writing.
• Visitors are required to dress neatly in the park. Please do not wear clothing that may be mistaken for Shanghai Legoland staff. If the clothing is deemed inappropriate, indecent or affects the experience of other visitors, we have the right to refuse entry to the park or ask them to leave.

Prohibited Items Policy:

• It is strictly prohibited to bring any flammable or explosive items, such as firecrackers, fireworks, hand-held salutes, etc.; it is also prohibited to bring knives, weapons, laser pens, simulated weapons or toy guns (including but not limited to toy blasters and water guns).
• Bags, containers or luggage exceeding 46 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm, as well as suitcases with wheels of any size are not allowed into the park.
• Please do not bring fragile items such as glassware, china, etc., unless you have medical/infant or special dietary needs.
• Please do not bring any vehicle or vehicle of the following size (except for strollers of the specified size, which can only be pushed from the rear), including but not limited to campervans, children's camping strollers, children's tricycles, strollers, wheeled transports, suitcases with child seats, trailers, etc. (whether powered, wheelchairs, baby carriages or manually pushed, towed or pulled). Strollers must not exceed 110 cm in length and 80 cm in width (including all accessories and fully unfolded attachments).
• Please do not bring any wheeled recreational equipment such as roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or scooters.
• Do not bring kites, remote-controlled devices (such as drones and remote-controlled toys).
• Please do not bring any cameras or video cameras that may pose a safety hazard, hinder the operation of the park or any related facilities, or disrupt the overall park environment, including but not limited to the following equipment: all tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers with tripods or any extension and telescopic functions, any form of professional or commercial stabilizers, lighting equipment, etc.
• Please do not bring folding chairs or stools.
• Please do not bring any animals other than guide dogs. Guide dogs must be on a leash and supervised by their owners at all times. Please understand that guide dogs may not be allowed on some rides.
• Please do not bring items prohibited by relevant laws or other dangerous or destructive items.
• Visitors are allowed to bring manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs with at least three wheels and a speed not exceeding 6 km/h, but only for visitors who need mobility assistance due to disability, old age or health reasons.
• Visitors are required to park their strollers in designated stroller parking areas and are advised to lock them. Strollers parked in non-stroller parking areas may be moved away and the relevant locks may be forcibly removed.
