How to enter: When booking this ticket, please enter the park with your ID (Chinese residents: ID card / Hong Kong and Macao residents: Home Visit Permit / Taiwan residents: Taiwan Compatriot Permit / other countries: passport). Show your original valid official ID and ticket receipt used when purchasing the ticket and enter the park from the main entrance. The real ID number must be filled in the order, and the ID used for entry must be consistent with the ID on the order in order to successfully enter the park.
If you have booked a package with a direct shuttle bus, please note that the boarding point is Shanghai People's Square Station (Address: No. 1 Pu'an Road, Shanghai, near Yan'an East Road Elevated Road, Metro Guide: Exit 3 of Dashijie Station on Line 8/14, and walk about 500 meters)
Ticket purchase restrictions: Each order can purchase tickets for up to 5 tourists. Each ticket must be bound to a valid official identification document number (such as ID card, passport, etc.), that is, each ticket must correspond to the real name information of the actual user.
Child Ticket: valid for children aged 2 to 12 (inclusive) on the day of purchase; Senior Ticket: valid for guests aged 60 and above on the day of purchase.
Free admission policy: Visitors under the age of 2 can enjoy free admission on the day of the visit. When entering the park, you must present a valid ID to verify whether your age meets the free admission conditions.
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by visitors aged 16 or above into the park.
By entering the Park, you agree that we may film, photograph and/or record you within the Park, and agree that we may use the images and/or recordings containing your portrait and/or voice for our business, administrative and operational purposes, or to meet legal, security requirements and other legitimate purposes.
In order to maintain the safety and order of the park, or when necessary, we have the right to refuse to provide products or services, refuse entry to the park, or require any person to leave the park immediately without refunding any fees, assuming any liability or making any compensation to anyone who fails to comply with these Notices, the terms and conditions of various products, or relevant laws, regulations and policies.

During the closure of the facilities, the fees will not be refunded separately. We may take the following measures from time to time without any liability for compensation: change the opening hours of the park or any amusement attractions in the park/temporarily close the park or any part of the park/control the number of people entering the park, or suspend, adjust (including adjusting the schedule or location) or cancel any amusement attractions, entertainment performances, venues or menus. The scenic spot has the final right of interpretation.
The park is committed to providing a safe and orderly park experience for all visitors. The park reserves the right to interpret and judge any behavior mentioned in this park admission notice that is inappropriate, interferes with the park's operations, or poses a hidden danger. The park has the right to take necessary measures for any inappropriate behavior or other illegal or irregular behavior that is found to violate the terms of this park admission notice, and the park does not need to bear any refund, compensation or liability for this.
For accidents or disputes between tourists caused by their own negligence, tourists shall bear all responsibilities, and the park shall not be responsible. Tourists' valuables and luggage should be properly kept by tourists, and the park shall not be responsible for their storage.
