・If you wish to carry extra luggage, please provide KKday customer service the number and dimension of luggage so they can inform the local agency; an additional fee of €10/luggage applies to luggage exceeding the capacity requirement; failure to inform or no space for luggage on the vehicle may result in service denial from the driver

- European Union Flights: the driver will show up at the meeting point 30 mins after the flight's landing and wait for 45 mins for free
- Non-European Union Flights: the driver will show up at the meeting point 55 mins after the flight's landing and wait for 50 mins for free

・Meeting Point: hotel lobby
・Meeting Time: please provide your preferred pick-up time in the "Note" section when booking (travelers are recommended to reserve at least 4.5 hrs prior to their flights as heavy traffic may cause delays)
・Please note that the driver may be delayed up to 20 mins due to weather / traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, call +44-7733-448902 if the driver did not show up at the meeting point; the driver will not contact you proactively
