How to go: The store is located by going straight from Exit 2 of Anguk Station, passing in front of the Constitutional Court, an into the alley next to the 7-Eleven. Look for the Hanbok mannequins outside, and then go down to the basement floor.

Reminders
Please arrive at the shop 1 hour before your scheduled photo shoot time for Hanbok changing (e.g. for an 11:00 AM reservation, arrive by 10:00 AM).
If you book both makeup and photoshoot, arrive 70 minutes early (makeup takes 40 minutes + Hanbok changing 30 minutes; e.g. arrive by 9:30 AM for an 11:00 AM shoot).
Each customer can try on 2 Hanbok sets and has 30 minutes to choose their preferred design.
Please store your clothes and shoes in the locker and use the in-store changing room with staff assistance.

The experience is available for customers aged 1 year and older, with the same price applied to all ages.
Late returns incur extra charges: Basic Hanbok – 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes; Theme Hanbok – 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes.
Extensions must be purchased at the time of booking; on-site extensions are not possible.
Extra charges apply for lost or damaged accessories and locker keys.
No refunds for weather-related cancellations; indoor shooting is available in case of rain; date changes allowed up to 3 days before.

For outdoor photoshoots, Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed on Tuesdays, so the shoot will be relocated to areas like outside Gyeongbokgung or Gwanghwamun.
For makeup reservations, please arrive with only skincare applied (no sunscreen), ensure your hair is fully dry, and note that using wigs or hair extensions may incur extra fees.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
