・Free admission for children under the age of 3, must not occupy a seat and meals are not included. Two (2) adults may only bring along one (1) child with free admission. Please note that some attractions and restaurants may still charge fees for children under age 3 on-site
・Please note that no changes can be made to the menu on-site. Travelers are encouraged to prepare their own meal to accommodate any dietary restrictions, refunds will not be granted
・Due to safety concerns, travelers ages 65 and over are not allowed to join the tobogganing experience. Staff will return ₩5,000 on-site. Please notify in the "Note" section when booking if there are senior citizens in your party, no refunds will be granted if you fail to notify in advance
Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Asthma, Pregnant women, High blood pressure
One (1) pack containing a complementary hand warmer, bottled water, and rice cracker per traveler will be provided (excluding children under the age of 3)
Lunch is not included in the tour. Travelers are encouraged to prepare lunch on their own
The amount of snow cannot be manipulated manually, please consider before booking
Please arrive at designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure. KKday will not provide refunds for missed tours due to late arrival
If there is a change in itinerary, travelers will be contacted via messaging app (i.e. WhatsApp, WeChat, Line)
The actual itinerary is subject to traffic and weather. The tour runs rain or shine. Travelers are not allowed to requests refunds or rescheduling due to inclement weather
Travelers may wish to purchase their own insurance
Participation is at travelers' own risk, so please use caution. The company and its employees shall not be held responsible for any accidents.The traveler also certifies that there are no health-related reasons or problems which will affect their participation
If the tobogganing experience is unavailable (for tours departing before March 1, 2020) due to lack of snow or unexpected weather conditions, travelers will head to Edelweiss Swiss Theme Park instead. Please note that refund will not be granted
Actual itinerary is dependent on traffic conditions. We don’t recommend participating in this tour on the day you arrive or the day you depart Seoul as heavy traffic may cause you to be late
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
