*All tickets are date-specific. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made due to incorrect dates.
*When purchasing an admission ticket, additional system usage fees, ticket issuing fees, etc. may be charged.
*Sales will end as soon as the planned number of tickets is reached, even if it is within the period.
*Tickets will not be sold on the day at the Makuhari Messe venue. Please purchase your tickets in advance on KKday.
*Payment must be made by credit card or online payment.
*Free admission to the Family Game Park for children up to junior high school age and their accompanying guardians. However, if you wish to enter other areas such as general exhibitions from the Family Game Park, please purchase tickets in advance.
*After the doors open, you will be able to move from Hall 1-8 to Hall 9-11, but please note that during the admission restrictions (until 10:00 on both days), you will not be able to move from Hall 9-11 to Hall 1-8. In addition, even if you move from Hall 1-8 to Hall 9-11 after the doors open, you will not be able to return to Hall 1-8 during the admission restrictions.
*First-time admission will be available until 16:00 on the 28th (Sat) and until 15:30 on the 29th (Sun). Please note that you will not be able to enter after these times, even if you have an admission ticket. Also, re-entry will be available until 16:30 on the 28th (Sat) and until 16:00 on the 29th (Sun). Please note that both first-time admission and re-entry times will be earlier on the 29th (Sun).
