What You Can Expect
Tufting is a type of textile manufacturing in which a thread is inserted on a primary base. You will use the tufting machine while making work so you can complete the work easily and faster!
A host who specializes in textile arts and works in textile arts leads the activity directly in the studio.
Make a free design of about 30*30cm by tufting. The operator will start the experience after conducting a design consultation in advance because of your preferred design. It is equipped with over 80 different colors of yarn and special materials. Make unforgettable moments with your loved ones!
Duration might proceed approx 5 hours and you can design the tufting start from the end.
Purchase Notice
- All participants will go through a pre-workshop course beforehand. The teacher will send you a brief introduction video of the experience a week ago. Watch the 11-minute tough introduction video and start planning your preferred design.
- You will have detailed design consultation with the teacher 3 days before the experience, and the design must be confirmed 1 day before the experience to ensure a stable experience.
- Participants are responsible for all safety accidents during the experience.
- Wheelchair access is available. If you are using a wheelchair, please let us know in advance.
- If you are deaf, you can proceed with a written discussion.
- You can enter the service animal.
- If you need to refrigerate your medicine, there is a small commercial refrigerator available in the studio.
- The languages that can proceed with the experience are Korean and English.

Please be sure to arrive at the experience venue on time. If you arrive late, the experience may be affected and refunds cannot be cancelled.
Participants are responsible for all safety accidents during the experience.
How to Use
1. Make the reservation on the date and time of your choice.
2. Check the voucher sent to the email/mobile phone.
※ A voucher will be sent right after your booking is confirmed.
3. Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of the reservation and show the voucher to the staff.
4. Enjoy the experience.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
