  • Please note that travelers can only use the pass between 09:00 to 17:30. If you wish to visit an attraction in the evening, please arrive before 5:30 pm
  • The pass must be used on consecutive days, meaning if you used a 3-day pass on April 1 (the first valid day) and didn't use it on April 2, the second valid day will still count. Please use the pass within the chosen validity period
  • The pass is charged by calendar days, not by 24 hours (12:00 am–11:59 pm). If you use the pass on April 1, one valid day is deducted after 11:59 pm (April 1), regardless of when it was activated
  • Please note that you may only visit each attraction once a day
  • If attractions or transportation are closed due to maintenance, malfunctions, unforeseen emergencies, or due to individual reasons such as loss, damage, lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, or accidents, refunds or reissues will not be provided
  • Once an order has been finalized, requests for changes or upgrades will not be granted. Please consider this before making a booking
  • Please note that this Pass is not fast pass access. You may need to visit the counter to exchange tickets, or security check. In cases of long queues, we kindly ask for your patience while waiting
