This tour is restricted to travelers aged 15 to 55.
The business provides changing and bathroom facilities; please bring your own dry clothes, plastic bags, large bath towels, and health insurance card.

Those with severe nearsightedness should not wear glasses while surfing; please bring your own disposable contact lenses.
If sea conditions are unfavorable on the day of the activity (e.g., typhoon warning, storm, thunderstorm), the instructor will inform the customer 24 hours in advance and provide a full refund.
During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions to avoid accidents.
Lifeguards will be on duty at the scene. If a lifeguard warns you during the event, please follow their instructions to avoid accidents.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
