- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation. Car seat rental fee is US$10/day and failure to do so may result in admission decline
- Bilingual tour guide in both Mandarin and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation

Travelers should carry their ID documents (e.g., passport, ID card) as they may be asked for identity verification on the tour
Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger at all times
Each traveler is allowed to bring one piece of large-size luggage (under 28" and 20 kg) and one piece of carry-on baggage
The tour guide will assist in the purchase of the self-funded itinerary. Guests who choose not to participate in the self-funded activities can freely move around in the vicinity and agree on the meeting time and place with the tour guide
All tickets will be purchased by the tour guide, and pre-purchased tickets, such as City Pass, etc., cannot be used; please consider before booking

The schedule for the return trip will be arranged by the tour guide according to the actual traffic conditions
In the event of external factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, etc., it will not be possible to ensure that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time. Refunds will not be granted if the itinerary is delayed, which will cause inconvenience to passengers or cause additional costs such as flights and trains
If the bus is late for some reason, a partial refund will be granted according to the length of the delay time, but part of the tour fee will not be refunded. The tour guide will explain the details on the spot, and the compensation amount listed by the tour guide will be the main basis; please consider this before booking
If the tour cannot be visited due to external factors such as weather, war, strike, etc., the provider has the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fee for the specific site will be refunded (except for the self-paid items presented as a gift). Refunds will not be granted for the registration fees
Please pay attention to your own luggage at all times. If there is any loss or damage, the provider will not be responsible for storage and compensation; if the luggage is lost or damaged due to the mechanical failure of the vehicle, only part of the cost will be compensated; please consider this before booking

Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 32 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 16 to 31 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
