Q:Is there a maximum size limit for carry-on luggage?
A:There is no maximum or minimum size limit for suitcases.
(You need to purchase 1 voucher for each suitcase/backpack/bag/box/etc.) (For example, if you have 1 suitcase + 1 backpack -> you need to purchase 2 vouchers). 

Q:Are there any restrictions on transportation, such as valuables?

Validity Period

  • The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
