- Strictly implemented a one hand carry policy per passenger either backpack or trolley bag. The total dimensions of the trolley bag should not exceed 130cm; otherwise, it will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
- Tourist Class and Open-Air Accommodation: The free baggage allowance per passenger has been reduced to ten (10) kilogram
- Business Class: The free baggage allowance remains unchanged at twenty (20) kilograms per passenger. Additionally, the policy allowing one trolley bag to be hand-carried by Business Class passengers, provided it does not exceed a total dimension of 130cm (L+H+W), remains in effect

- Please be at the terminal at least 60 mins prior to your departure time (give more allowance during peak season). When you arrive at the terminal, please show your printed e-ticket (soft-copy is acceptable) together with your valid ID in order to enter the terminal
- Proceed to the OceanJet counter to get your boarding pass (Pier 1 for Cebu)
- Pregnant passengers must bring a certificate of fit to travel issued by their doctor on their scheduled trip regardless of the number of months of their pregnancy
- Items that must be checked in:
• All trolley bags
• Any bag/pack exceeding 100 cm total dimension (LxWxH)
• Items like TVs, CPU, bicycles, etc. - Items not allowed onboard:
• Flammable items - Porterage fee is a voluntary agreement between the porter and passenger. OceanJet is not part of the porterage fee
