Reminders
If you need to extend the rental period after the vehicle pick-up, please contact the shop in advance before the agreed return time. Please note that if the vehicle is returned over time, an overtime fee will be charged on the spot.

If you fail to bring the required documents (passport, driver's license translation), etc., the car rental service will not be provided. Please note that it will be regarded as a cancellation on the same day, and a 100% handling fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
