You can enjoy unlimited participation in all activities during the tour. However, please note that for certain time-consuming activities like wakeboarding, each person will have the opportunity to participate once, with a duration of approximately 10-15 minutes. This allows everyone to have a fair chance to experience the activity while maximizing enjoyment for all participants

Children of all ages are welcome to participate in the tour. However, during snorkeling activities, we kindly request that parents take turns supervising their children on the boat
For the safety and well-being of infants, please be aware that depending on the sea conditions on the day of the tour, we may refuse boarding for infants
This course is for travelers aged 5 years and above. Please contact us if you would like to apply for a child ages 4 and below
Since sea turtles are wild animals, it is not guaranteed that we will encounter them during the tour. We appreciate your understanding in this matter
For safety reasons and in accordance with our guidelines, pregnant individuals and those aged 65 years and above are not permitted to participate in this tour

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
