Purchase Notice
- Each Single Admission ticket is valid for 1 participant below 12 years old and 1 accompanying adult only.
- A Single Admission ticket holder is entitled to one-time entry. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
- Children below 12 months at the time of admission can enter for free when accompanied by a paying participant and an adult. A birth certificate for verification is required.
- A participant 18 years old and above must be present for the admission of any participant below 12 years old.
- Socks are compulsory for all guests; socks will not be included in the purchase.
- There will be a 10-min grace period. Thereafter, an additional charge of S$10 per hour will be imposed once the stipulated timing has exceeded more than 10 minutes.
- Single Admission tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Each Admission ticket admits only one adult for its specific duration, and no such person may switch with another adult during the specified duration. Each additional adult will be charged S$12 per entry.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
