- The maximum weight limit for a helicopter ride is 240 lbs (117 kg or 17.5 stones) per person. Travelers exceeding this weight must purchase 2 seats. Please consider this before booking
- Any rescheduling request with less than a 96-hour notice will be charged US$100 in order to reschedule or lose all funds
- Requests for specific seats are not permitted as seat arrangements are based on safety protocols
- Free admission for children under the age of 3 is available as long as they will not occupy separate seats, please notify the number and age of children in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
- Infants are allowed to be on board, but the local operator will only provide limited ear protection headsets for them. It is recommended that parents bring their own noise-cancellation headsets or earplugs for their infants
- Please note that children under the age of 18 must be traveling with an adult
- Evaluate your health condition before booking. If you proceed with booking despite being ineligible, the supplier reserves the right to decline service without refunds
