If your accommodation is within a 5-minute walk from the meeting point (Maakuntakatu 29, 96200 Rovaniemi, Finland), you'll need to walk to the meeting point yourself. So, you won't need to get ready early and go around the city to pick up other groups of participants. If you have any special needs that require the shuttle service, please inform customer service at least 3 days before departure, and they will arrange it for you
