- If Butterfly Valley is closed, the itinerary will be changed to Tiger God Hot Spring Resort in Ruisui Hot Spring Resort; if you do not wish to use the hot spring, the itinerary will be changed to Jizheng Ranch + Ruisui Ecological Education Center, or Saoba Stone Pillar + Tropic of Cancer Marker Park (NT$250/person will be refunded on-site).
- Da Nong Da Fu Bike Park is closed on Mondays, so a walking tour will be offered instead (NT$100/person refund on-site); if the weather is inconvenient, the tour will be changed to "Ma Tai An Wetland + Xin Lv Farm afternoon tea".
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 22:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number for the tour to proceed, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent one day prior to departure.
If a group of four does not meet the minimum group size requirement mentioned above, you can choose to change to a group of two for an additional fee or cancel the tour (full refund). A cancellation email notification will be sent no later than one day before the departure date.
After successful booking, a specialist will contact you by phone or SMS between 16:00 and 20:00 the day before departure to inform you of the correct pick-up time.
If the pick-up and drop-off location is not in Hualien City, a station, etc., additional fees will be charged based on the distance and will be paid on-site. Please be informed.
In the event of a cancellation to some of the experience due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive prior notice from the driver on the day
The driver will only provide attraction info within the vehicle due to safety reasons, please note that the driver will not get out of the vehicle and join travelers
The temperature of Butterfly Valley's sauna and steam chamber may reach 167°F. Please be cautious before using the amenity
Please bring your own when taking a bath: towel, water bottle, swimsuit and cap, and a change of clothes.
In response to the global trend of sustainable tourism and to reduce the burden of disposable items on the environment, bottled mineral water will not be provided during the journey. Please bring your own eco-friendly cup to create a green travel experience together.
Taiwan Railways return trip: Please arrange for a train departing after 17:00 (for long holidays, please arrange for a train departing after 17:30).
Infant tickets do not include a seat, only insurance coverage and do not include meals.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
