Purchase Notice
- Guests may choose the station they prefer to experience Gangchon Rail Bike. Stations include Gimyujeong Station, Gyeonggang Station, and Gapyeong Station. Please include your preferred station in the Requests and Remarks section when booking
- Please list your desired attractions (2-3 recommended) in the order notes. Attraction order may be adjusted on the day of departure based on traffic for optimal experience.
- On-site staff can teach skiing at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort; please note that the staff's ski gears are at the guests' expense
- Please provide your contact info (reachable phone number, messaging App ID such as Line/Whatsapp/Wechat/Kakaotalk) in the Requests and Remarks section when booking so the driver can contact you

Overtime Service Surcharge
The private tour duration is 10 hours. An additional fee of KRW25,000 per hour applies to overtime service, with fees to be paid on-site. Please note that the maximum service duration is 12 hours for safety reasons.
Alphard private tour duration is 10 hours (from Seoul, ends in Seoul). An additional fee of KRW50,000 per hour applies to overtime service, with fees to be paid on-site
Personal Negligence
Please provide the correct pick-up point address when booking; if the incorrect address results in overtime service, a surcharge of KRW25,000 will apply, with fees to be paid on-site
Attraction Ticket
Please note that all admission tickets are charged on-site. Guests are recommended to prepare KRW25,000–30,000 in cash; the on-site staff will assist with ticket purchasing
Car Seat
According to Korean laws, children aged under 6 years are required to use a car seat. Please indicate the number of car seats you need when booking and pay the fees (KRW15,000 per seat) to the driver on-site (each car can accommodate no more than two car seats)

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 mins in advance. Late arrivals will be deemed as cancellation; refunds will not be granted

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
