If vehicle must be picked-up after rental office business hours, please obtain approval first before booking by calling the office number at 0800-688-558. If the late pick-up is approved, an additional fee of NZ$150 applies
Travelers wishing to change the drop-off destination or time must obtain authorization by calling the rental agency at 0800-688-558. Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to NZ$750 may apply
Refunds will not be granted to travelers who drop off the vehicle early, pick up the vehicle later, or choose to downgrade to a smaller vehicle
If the rental period needs to be adjusted, please contact KKday Customer Service to obtain authorization from the rental agency; additional fees will apply to rental extensions failing to do so
Please ensure you carry your international driving permit and original driver's license (or accredited English translated license) with you at all times. Drivers without these documents may be fined NZ$400–1000 by local police officers

Rental agency reserves the right to refuse rental to drivers who are deemed inexperienced or who do not provide sufficient documentation
According to New Zealand law, children ages 7 and below are required to sit in a child seat placed in the back seat. Please indicate in the Note section if child seats are required. Travelers may bring their own child seats, but please ensure they comply with New Zealand, Australian, European, or American standards
Smoking within the vehicle is prohibited
Animals are not allowed within the vehicle
240 v power sockets are available inside your campervan. Please note that these will only operate when the vehicle has been connected to an external power source at a campsite
Electric outlets on vehicles are the same as New Zealand's standard outlets; travelers are advised to bring their own adaptors
Due to limited space, travelers are not advised to bring hardcover large-sized luggage
Personal supplies such as hairdryers and razors are not provided
All vehicles include 1 GB data of Wi-Fi; usage will be displayed on-screen via the in-vehicle tablet. Please note that once the data limit is exceeded, customers will be charged for a Wi-Fi 1 GB top-up automatically
Wi-Fi can be used in most 3G mobile phone coverage areas. The quality of communication may be affected by outside conditions; surrounding landforms, weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or locations will affect the speed and quality of internet
NZ$100 surcharge applies to all rentals being picked up or dropped off on the following National public holidays: Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Queen’s Birthday, Labour Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Day after New Year’s Day, and Waitangi Day
According to New Zealand vehicle regulations, the Road User Charge Recovery Fee is payable on diesel vehicles upon vehicle return. Fees of NZ$7.24–7.26 per 100 km will be calculated and collated based on the kilometers traveled during the rental period
