- We offer pick-up and drop-off only available to/from Santa Claus Holiday Village or Nordic Unique Travels Office (Maakuntakatu 29, 96200 Rovaniemi, next to Subway)
- We regret that accessible facilities are not provided in this tour, please consider before booking
- If the children are taller than 150 cm, they are able to sit on the snowmobile paying the adult price
- Free admission for children under age 3, proof of age (e.g. passport) is required
- Since the number of people in each group varies, we cannot guarantee extra space for luggage in the vehicle. Please make sure to provide the luggage dimensions in the Remark section when placing your order for confirmation

Capacity is limited to 2 people per snowmobile. Pillion passenger does not require a driver’s license
Children under age 14 will ride the sledge towed by the tour guide's snowmobile
Please arrive promptly at the meeting point. Refunds and re-entry will not be granted to no-shows or late arrivals
Please note that travelers will not be steering husky sleigh or reindeer sleigh
The maximum capacity of a husky sleigh is 5 travelers and the max. capacity of a reindeer sleigh is 2 travelers (subject to change)
Travelers are recommended to wear warm outdoor clothes
