- Clothing rental is only available for an indoor photoshoot at Cheese Smile Studio, and not for outdoor activities
- If you wish to book different packages at the same time, please place separate orders for each package and indicate this in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
- The studio accepts a group of 15 travelers max. at a time. Pets are welcome to join the photoshoot. Please book 1 "Additional Travelers" package for each pet and provide the number of pets in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
- Change of date: Before 3 days 5:00 pm (KST); only 1 time
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the reservation time
- Please note that the photo shooting time will be deducted from the given time when late
- Please bring contact lenses or nonprescription eyeglasses for those who wear glasses to avoid reflective light problems
- If you would like to purchase the full original files, please pay an additional fee of ₩30,000 on-site

- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
