Some tour packages require only one person to form a group, but generally the minimum group size is 20 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent 7 days prior to departure.

If the tunnel to the Fukuda Falls viewing platform is closed due to weather or other force majeure events, visitors can enjoy the falls and autumn foliage from the outside. The tunnel toll will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The road to Tsukimachi Falls is owned by the shop. If the shop announces a temporary closure for the day, the time spent at Fukuroda Falls and Hananuki Valley will be extended. Thank you for your understanding.
