Once a traveler has received the voucher, the traveler may reserve seats on Korail's website, keep in mind that seat reservations can only be made twice per day, exceeding this cap will incur additional fees or result in standing rooms
Please make sure you use the pass only on your selected travel date
You can reserve trains and seats within 30 days from the reservation date, including the reservation day
If you need to change the travel date, you can change it one day before the initial start date (the beginning of the validity period)
Seat availability may be limited during peak travel periods (e.g. Lunar New Year, Mid-autumn Festival, summer/winter holidays
When tickets (seats) are sold out, standing seats can be used with a KR Pass and a valid passport.
If you don’t have a seat reservation, you may use unreserved seating (if available) on your selected travel date
You must have a valid KORAIL PASS (physical ticket or e-voucher in the app), your passport, and your seat reservation ticket (printed or displayed on your mobile). Screenshots may not be accepted.
If you occupy a seat onboard the train without a reservation and without purchasing a seat ticket, it will be considered traveling without a ticket, and a seat fee will be charged on-site
KKday will not provide refunds or reissues for lost passes
Refunds are not possible regardless of circumstances such as schedule delays due to walkout(union strike), accidents, bad weather, or unavailability due to customer conditions. From the day of reservation, the Korail Pass cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of use.
Please contact KKday customer service team and provide the counter staff's English name for problems that occur when exchanging at a KTX counter
