Purchase Notice
- There will be holiday surcharges for special holidays departing on 12/24, 12/26, 12/28, 12/31, 2/8, and 2/11. The price is the price on the website
- Due to safety considerations, our group Skiing Experience cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 100 kg
- Based on safety considerations, the group Skiing Experience only allows passengers 4 years old and above to participate. Every two adults can bring one child below 4 years old for free (note: no bed, seat, meals, ski equipment, or snow clothing will be provided to them). If attractions/restaurants need to charge tickets or meal fees for children below 4 years old, passengers must pay the actual fees on-site
- If the traveler does not participate in the Skiing Experience during the entire trip, the group fee will be discounted by ₩25,000/person. On-site changes are not accepted (refund fees include rental of ski clothing, ski equipment, etc.)
- This product can accommodate passengers above 60 years old who are in good physical condition and can move independently. However, if the instructor assesses that seniors are not suitable for skiing after registration, the fee for not participating in skiing will not be refunded
- If you are unable to stay at Alpensia Resort due to peak season, you will be arranged to stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites or other resorts of the same level. Passengers cannot request withdrawal or price difference compensation
- Due to safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to use the ski trails on foot in the ski resort. If you want to use it, you must purchase a Ski Mountaineering Lift Pass. If you are determined to participate in ski activities, please pay the ski mountaineering lift fee in cash to the instructor on the day of the experience. Please note that there is no card-swiping service on-site
- Tickets for the Hot Spring Water Park in the itinerary are included in the group fee. If passengers do not use it due to personal reasons, they are not allowed to request a refund
- Due to the different food cultures in Korea, most restaurants will only provide one menu. The meals provided in the itinerary are booked together. If passengers have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian food, food allergies, etc., please prepare your own meals, but please note that there will be no refunds for the meal charges
- Each person can bring one piece of 25-inch luggage. If you need other large or multiple pieces of luggage, please note when booking
- To accurately fit comfortable ski shoes, the size will be measured on-site
- Since ski lessons are group lessons, not one-to-one or small-class teaching, the instructor will try his best to assist each student. However, if there are a large number of people, the waiting time for guidance will be somewhat longer
- Our group mainly teaches skiing (double board). If you want to change to snowboarding, there is no charge. However, we will not provide coaching and teaching, and our company cannot provide snowboarding coaching services
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women, High blood pressure, Heart disease
If the passenger does not use experience or attraction tickets included in this itinerary due to his or her own reasons, they will not be able to request a refund for any of them
Travelers not wearing skiing equipment are not allowed to enter the ski resort
Due to the limited availability of resort rooms in winter, be sure to book at least 10 days in advance
Each participant will receive a free warm bag, a simple breakfast (bread/rice balls, type cannot be selected), and a bottle of distilled water (except for children below 4 years old)
The amount of snow is a natural factor and cannot be controlled by humans
Soap, towels, and hairdryers are provided in the resort rooms. However, in compliance with the Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel will not provide toiletries. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, etc.
To fairly protect the rights and interests of all passengers, the shuttle bus will depart on time and will not contact or wait for passengers individually before departure. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded
If the meeting time has not changed, passengers only need to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the original time on the itinerary and will not be contacted individually before departure. However, if the meeting time changes (the departure time may change according to the situation, we will inform you in advance ), the tour guide will contact passengers via WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat, etc. one to two days before departure. Please be sure to pay attention to the message and reply
The above time is an approximate estimated time, and the implementation depends on the traffic and weather on the day. In the event of rain or snow, departure will continue as usual. Passengers are not allowed to request a refund or change the departure date due to temporary cancellation
All our company's tour buses are covered by comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers purchase their travel insurance to obtain more comprehensive protection. Since skiing is a high-risk sport, travelers must purchase travel insurance with relevant protection items to protect their safety
If any emergencies occur during the trip, our company's staff will do their best to assist. However, if injuries or casualties are caused by unforeseen factors, our company will not be responsible for relevant compensation
Due to frequent traffic jams in South Korea, it is strongly recommended that passengers do not arrive in South Korea on the first day or return to the country on the last day to participate, so as not to miss the meeting or flight situation
⚠️All our company’s travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities present specific risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health or abilities. The Company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidental or unforeseen factors.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 14 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
