In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can ride free. If you are traveling with a child, please inform us in the notes when booking and provide supporting documentation. If you do not inform us in advance or if the age is not accurate, an additional fare of 30,000 KRW per child will be charged.
If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged on the day of departure.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to join the event and will not be able to request order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
Please note that the pick-up time may vary by 10-15 minutes due to traffic conditions.
The actual celebration date and farm opening hours will be adjusted based on the weather conditions on that day. Please refer to the conditions on the day of your trip for details. If the weather is bad or the attraction is closed due to other force majeure factors after departure, an alternative attraction will be arranged and no refund will be given.
