2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.
3. Please arrive on time at the experience location.
4. Please present your voucher at the ticket box to exchange it for a physical ticket, then proceed to the boarding area.
- Reservation changes allowed once until 1 day before (5:00 PM)
- Full refund available if cancellation occurs due to weather, safety issues, or full bookings

In light rain: Tour operates as scheduled with raincoats and mats provided
In case of a heavy rain warning or suspension order from the Han River Authority: Tour canceled with advance notice
If you prefer not to board in the rain: Notify us at least 1 hour before departure for a full refund or rescheduling (no-shows are not refundable)
Reminders
Ticket checking and boarding will take some time so please do not be late. Any passengers who are late to board will be considered as a cacellation on the day, therefore, cannot be refunded.
Please follow the safety instructions from the staff and avoid any behavior that might cause trouble for other passengers.
Depending on the weather conditions and wind strength, the boarding status may change.
Pregnant women, elderly and drunk passengers are not allowed to board.
Foods are allowed to be brought on board(Not alcohol), however, food with a strong scent that may disturb other passengers may be asked not to take in.
The public parking lot at Hangang Park is available, however, on the weekends or public holidays, the parking lot will be busy so please consider taking public transport.
Simple drinks and snacks are sold in the customer waiting room. (Non-alcohol wine, non-alcohol beer, soft drink).
Any reservation is unavailable due to the operator's circumstances, you will receive an email from the CS Team.
Infants under 24 months are free to board, however, please note that infants must bring a document(e.g. Passport).
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory and it must not be removed inside the boat.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
