When placing an order, please note your travel date and time, number of people, number of luggage, routes to the attractions you want to visit, and any other special needs (such as child seats). Customer service will contact you after receiving your order and provide consulting services and quotes.
It takes time to confirm a customized route (depending on the peak or off-season, it takes at least 3 to 7 days to dispatch a vehicle for you). Please consult as soon as possible to ensure that a vehicle can be reserved for you.
⚠️ After confirming the route and quotation, please place an order for the exclusive plan within the time prompted by the customer service. Otherwise, the quotation will be considered invalid.

🕒 Overtime Fee
If the vehicle is used beyond the reserved time:
• 6–9 seater: ₩40,000/hour
• 15 seater: ₩50,000/hour
• 40 seater: ₩60,000/hour
If use exceeds 15 minutes, it will be rounded up to 1 full hour.
Early morning (before 7:00 AM) and late night (after 8:00 PM) usage will incur an additional ₩10,000 on top of the overtime fee.
🧼 Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee of ₩250,000 will apply if the vehicle is heavily soiled or damaged (e.g., vomiting, strong odors, etc.).
🐾 Pets
Pets are allowed, except service animals must be in a cage.
Leash and muzzle are required for safety.
If the vehicle is dirtied or damaged, cleaning or repair fees will apply.
🗓️ Multi-Day Charter
Multi-day private charter service is available upon request.
👶 Baby Car Seat
Baby car seat is available for an additional fee of ₩25,000 (reservation required in advance).
📍 Jeju Outskirts Pick-up Fee
For pick-up outside the central Jeju area (e.g., Seongsan, Aewol, Seogwipo, or any location beyond 5km from Jeju Airport), an additional fee of ₩88,000 will apply.

🗺️ Island-Crossing Fee
We recommend focusing on one region per day (e.g., East only or West only).
This ensures you have enough time to enjoy the attractions, as crossing the island takes too long.
If your itinerary crosses regions (e.g., from East to West or South to East), the following fees apply:
Island-Crossing Fee: ₩60,000
Driving Distance Over 150km: Additional ₩60,000
🏝️ Udo Island Notes
Ferry fare from Jeju Main Island to Udo is not included and must be paid on-site.
If you require a vehicle and guide to accompany you on Udo, a ₩130,000 vehicle transport fee applies (pay on-site).

Admission fees for tourist attractions are not included – payment is required on-site.
Meals are not included. A restaurant will be recommended during the tour, or you may choose your own.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., vegan, vegetarian), please inform us in advance.
Reminders
In order to facilitate the driver to contact you and protect the rights of customers, please be sure to check the KKday message after placing the order.
If the private charter car hours on the day of travel exceed the time originally confirmed during consultation (including traffic conditions such as traffic jams), additional overtime fees must be paid to the driver on site.
On the day of travel, in order to ensure your trip is smoother, the driver will suggest a return time based on traffic conditions, and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware.
It takes time to confirm a customized route (depending on the peak or off-season, it takes at least 3 to 7 days to dispatch a vehicle for you). Please consult as soon as possible to ensure that a vehicle can be reserved for you.
The time used on the day of travel shall be based on the travel time confirmed before the trip. If the passenger is late, the driver will suggest shortening the trip according to the situation. If the guest chooses not to shorten the trip and causes overtime, overtime fees will be charged.
Multi-day tour service only provides car arrangements. Please note that accommodation and attraction ticket fees are to be borne by the passengers themselves.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
