After the proposal, we’ll pack the flowers and refreshments for you to take back and enjoy at your accommodation.

💍 Proposal Flow
- Please arrive 10 minutes early at Gate 5 of Suyeong Bay Yacht Marina. Our staff will contact you via the pre-shared messenger ID.
- Enjoy 15 minutes of private time on the 2nd floor while sailing toward Gwangan Bridge. During this time, our staff will prepare the proposal setup on the 1st floor.
- When ready, we’ll signal for you to come down. Please have the proposing partner wait, and let the recipient go down first.
- Present the bouquet and ring to begin your proposal! We'll handle all the photography and filming.
- You may take time to read your letter. If you have music you'd like to play, let us know during the pre-consultation.
- Enjoy fireworks, bubbles, cake, and champagne as we return to the marina. Leftover refreshments will be packed for you.
- The next day, we’ll send you your edited video and photos via messenger.
Reminders
Traffic near the Yachting Center can be congested, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before your boarding time. (Please wait at the "iloveyouyacht" boarding area, where your reservation voucher will be verified before boarding.)
Please be punctual to ensure there are no delays for other reservation teams.
As we operate by reservation only, please note that no refunds will be issued in case of No-show or late arrivals. We appreciate your understading in advance.
Customers are responsible for compensation in case of damage to property or any other items due to their actions.
Due to weather conditions or special circumstances on the day of the experience, the tour may be unavailable for safety reasons.
The tour will operate normally even in rain. (Specially designed rain covers are installed on the 1st and 2nd floors, allowing you to enjoy the tour in the spacious indoor area during rainy weather.) However, If operations are not possible due to a typhoon, heavy rain advisory, or gale warning, schedule changes or a 100% refund will be available.(Please note that cancellations are not possible due to light rain.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
