The Hakone Tozan Railway (Hydrangea Train) ride may have changes in the boarding section due to congestion or other reasons.
This tour includes both reserved seat and non-reserved seat plans for the Hakone Tozan Train.
The reserved seat plan is included in the itinerary, ensuring every guest has a seat. Please note that seats will be pre-assigned by staff, and specific seat requests cannot be accommodated.(Reserved seat plan only)
Please note that for non-reserved seats, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and you will be sharing the train with the general public. During peak times, there is a possibility that you may not be able to secure a seat.
Flower viewing periods:
Hakone Hydrangea Train: Typically mid-June to mid-July
Around Hakone-Yumoto Station: Mid-June to late June
Around Hotel de Yama : Mid-June to Mid-July
Around Gora Station: Late -June to mid-July
The order of the itinerary may be rearranged depending on circumstances.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not reached, the tour will not take place that day.
Lunch will be a French set meal at the historic Hotel. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, allergies, or Muslim-friendly meals), please inform us at the time of booking. Requests made on the day of the tour may not be accommodated.

Please ensure to arrive at the designated meeting point in Tokyo Shinjuku by 7:30 AM on the day of departure. The bus will depart promptly at 7:45 AM. Latecomers will not be able to join the tour, and no refunds will be provided.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
We recommend traveling light. Large suitcases cannot be brought on the bus. If you need to bring one, please contact us in advance to confirm if it can be stored in the bus luggage compartment.
This tour involves some walking. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Keep your valuables with you and be mindful of your personal belongings.
Some attractions may be crowded. Please stay in contact with the group to avoid getting separated.
The Hakone Pirate Ship on Lake Ashi may not operate due to various reasons. We may visit an alternative location (also to keep the schedule on days with heavy traffic) such as Lake Ashi Boat Cruise, Hakone Checkpoint,
Narukawa Art Museum, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
