"Boss, give me a bowl of plain noodles!" is a musical that combines music, interactive elements, and nostalgia. The story takes place on the streets of Taipei in the 1980s, where a small noodle stall carries the daily moments of people coming and going, and also holds the emotional memories of a city.
The story of "Yingying," the noodle stall owner, is a delicate portrayal of Taipei's transformation from a naive young girl to a resilient woman.
