Purchase Notice
- Please note that if you choose a shared tour, you will be touring with other unacquainted participants
- For the private tour package, please provide your preferred pickup time in the order note. If you wish to change the pick-up time before departure, please be sure to notify the local agency in advance
- Please note that there are no wheelchair accesses available on many sites, hence the tour is not recommended for travelers with reduced mobility
- Free admission for children under the age of 2. Please notify the number of children eligible in the "Notes" section when booking, and bring the passport for proof of age
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times
- Surcharge applies for airport pick-up at Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) or Kayseri Erkilet International Airport (ASR). The surcharge must be paid in cash or credit card directly to the driver on-site
- Private tour: EUR70 per car (Maximum of 5 passengers)
- Shared tour: EUR10 per person
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive promptly at the meeting point. Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals and personal reasons
Please inform us of your hotel's name and address in the "Notes" section. If you have not confirmed the hotel when booking, please be sure to notify the local agency at least one day before the departure date by 12:00 pm. Otherwise, the travel agency will not provide the hotel transfer service
For shared tour travelers, the exact pickup time is dependent on the hotel location. The local travel agency will provide the actual pickup time via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, or personal phone number by 6:00 pm, 24 hours before the departure date
For private tour travelers, the local travel agency will pick you up at the time you provided during booking

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
