Compared to the Jasper townsite, which sits at much lower elevation, the temperature is 12°C cooler on average at the Jasper SkyTram Upper Station and 2°C cooler at the Lower Station. We recommend that visitors bring extra clothing layers to keep warm/cool in all temperatures. Begin with a wicking layer, then a warmth layer and finally a waterproof/windproof layer. A warm hat and gloves or mittens are also recommended during spring and fall
