In 2025, delicious food from all over Japan will gather in Osaka, once known as the 'Kitchen of the Nation' during the Edo period when it served as a hub for trading rice and specialty goods from across the country! This is a 'food festival' to provide 'omotenashi' (hospitality) to guests from both Japan and abroad.
