・During the festival period, the Triennale Passport allows you to view most of the paid works/venues at the Setouchi Triennale. This pass is highly convenient and cost-effective, as it covers the majority of paid works (※except for some special exhibits or museums that require additional fees).

・If you don't have a Passport, you will need to pay the entry fee for each paid work individually.

・If you already have the Passport, no additional purchase is required. The youth pass is not available.

・The All Season Passport is valid for all dates of the Setouchi Triennale 2025 (April 18th to November 9th, 2025). Children under 15 years old can enter for free (some exceptions apply).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
