Reminders
Our trainers have all conducted professional training for the dogs, but if the dogs are overly excited, they may still mistake the customers' hands or feet for toys and bite them. In the event of an accident, our store will immediately take emergency measures and produce a rabies injection certificate, but we are not responsible for any injuries. Please be sure to confirm this before making an appointment.
Please note that bringing food and drinks into the store is prohibited.
The reservation is 30 minutes (including the time to enter and exit the store). Please be sure to arrive on time. The experience time cannot be extended due to late arrival. Check-out time is 5 minutes before closing time.
Our restaurant adopts a full entry replacement system and there is no waiting area. Guests need to queue outside to wait for entry.
Our store will provide each customer with a locker to store their belongings, but if you carry a lot of luggage, there may be a situation where there is not enough space, so please forgive us.
To avoid soiling or damaging guests' belongings, all staff will accompany the dogs throughout the entire process and pay attention to the interaction between the dogs, but accidents may still occur. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or contamination of items caused by accidents.
Do not force hug a dog. If you wish to take a photo holding a dog, you can add the service of taking a photo holding a dog on the spot. The staff will arrange the photo after explaining.
Depending on the condition of the Samoyed dogs on that day, there may be a situation where some dogs are not present or there are fewer dogs in the store. Please understand.
