Usage process: Exchange for paper ticket → Place the ticket purchase certificate at the ticket gate → Enter the gate → Security check → Wait for the boat → Show the paper ticket when boarding

The route will stop entering the lock 10 minutes before sailing, and you will not be able to board the ship after the gate is closed. Please allow plenty of time (30 minutes early is recommended). The losses caused by being unable to board the ship due to personal reasons will be borne by the passenger himself.

Mainland Chinese passengers must use the Hong Kong and Macau Pass to place orders to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Passport holders are required to fill in their English name as it appears on their passport on the payment page.

If you have re-applied for entry and exit documents, please update the relevant information in time, otherwise you will not be able to use the self-service inspection channel.

In accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on Domestic Water Transport Management" (Ministry of Transport Order No. 4 of 2020), the "List of Restricted and Restricted Checked Items for Passengers in Domestic Water Transport" prohibits the carrying of items that can be checked in or conditionally checked in. Passengers can check these items in as luggage or dispose of them themselves, or choose to temporarily store them. If you carry or check in dangerous goods, prohibited items or controlled items in violation of relevant regulations, it will constitute an act of violation of public security management and will be handed over to the public security organs for handling in accordance with the law.
