What You Can Expect

- Meet at Ginowan Marine Support Center at 8:30 am / 1:30 pm
- Complete necessary forms
- Practice diving skills in the swimming pool
- Walk to the pier (about 3 minutes)
- Boat ride to dive site (about 10 minutes)
- Begin trial dive

Purchase Notice
- The experience is limited to healthy people aged 10 to 65. Underage participants need to be accompanied by family members and sign a consent form. Please be informed.
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own health. It is not recommended for tourists who suffer from the diseases listed in the health checklist or who should not be overly stimulated to participate in this project. Please refer to the Water Sports Health Checklist .
- If you have the following medical records, you will not be able to participate in the event: circulatory system and respiratory system diseases, hypertension, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver dysfunction, hangover, drinking alcohol on the same day, etc. In addition, you may be refused to participate in the event due to your health condition on the day.
- Documents required for application: Health diagnosis certificate (if there is a medical record, it must be signed by a doctor), please fill it out in advance and submit it on site.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Due to air pressure, please be aware that you are not allowed to fly on the day after you have experienced diving-related activities (at least 12 hours).
Those who drink alcohol on the same day, do not disclose their illness until they arrive at the venue, or fly within 18 hours before participating in the event, are not allowed to participate in the event and will be charged 100% of the event fee. KKday will not refund the fee.
If the on-site instructor determines that the physical condition of the tourist is not suitable for participating in water activities, he will have the right to refuse the tourist experience and the trip will not be refunded. Please be informed.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
