- Children riding with an adult: Children who are 85cm or taller but under 9 years old (below 3rd grade of elementary school) must ride in tandem with an adult.
- Not Permitted to Ride Luge: Individuals under 85cm tall or over 65 years old. They may, however, use the cable car.
- Adult Height/Weight Restrictions: If an adult's height exceeds 185cm or weight exceeds 120kg, their ride may be restricted. Please consult with staff on-site.
- Additional Rides: You can purchase 1 or 2 additional luge rides at a discounted price on-site on the day of your visit.
