We carefully source the freshest, most seasonal seafood, which are sent directly from Tottori and served to our customers only with the best quality! Our specialty handmade tofu is made using 100% of the delicious spring water from Mt. Hyonose and "Sachi Yutaka" soybeans from Tottori, which are characterized by their mellow flavor and rich taste! The soy milk used for yuba and other products is freshly squeezed and shipped directly from Amataki in Tottori every morning. We recommend our "Oboro Tofu" and "Homemade Yuba," which are our proud products that you should try at least once!
We offer about 5 to 6 types of carefully selected sake, mainly local sake, which change depending on the season. We also offer our specialty authentic shochu, "Kurosuijin" made from sweet potatoes and "Suijin no Mugi" made from barley, which are bottled with the bar's name on them, sourced from Kagoshima. We also have a wide range of other drinks, including beer, whiskey, wine, sours, chuhai, and cocktails.
Our restaurant has a Japanese-style exterior and a relaxing, calm space. Inside, we have eight counter seats perfect for everyday use, three spacious box-type tables, and three sunken kotatsu-style private rooms that can accommodate up to six people. We can be used for a variety of occasions, including family meals, entertaining guests, and banquets.
