Purchase Notice
1. Children aged 0-1 can participate for free if they sit on your lap.
2. Visitors under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.
3. Visitors under the age of 18 must submit a consent form from their guardian or parent when participating in this activity.
Require
1. Please arrive at the 4F reception desk of Meitetsu Bus Center 10 minutes before departure. No one will be allowed to arrive after the scheduled time.
Things to bring/Clothing
1. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
2. Please wear warm winter clothing such as coats, gloves, snow boots, etc.

Participation Restrictions
The minimum number of participants is 25. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent journey. No one will be waited for after the time is up.
If you have large luggage, each passenger is limited to 1 suitcase

※Due to the congestion of the Tateyama Cable Car on the day, the Tateyama Station - Bijodaira section may be operated by a [temporary direct bus].
※Please wear comfortable warm clothing and shoes.
※Hotel name: Toyama OARKS CANAL PARK Hotel (Room type is Western-style.)
※It is not possible to select room type, non-smoking room or smoking room.
※In case of bad weather, the Snow Otani Festival tour may be cancelled or shortened.
※If the Alpine Route bus service is suspended due to bad weather, you may not be able to travel through the Alpine Route.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 22 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
