Famous for its signature Xi He Roasted Duck and authentic Beijing cuisine, the restaurant blends traditional flavors with innovative touches. Each duck is roasted for 50 minutes, served in 88 premium slices, and creatively presented with the “Eight Treasures Box”: crispy duck breast with popping candy, tender duck breast with special mustard sauce, and duck leg meat with a rotating presentation. Xihe Ya Yuan is dedicated to providing our guests with exquisite cuisine and high-quality service.
